Change Tomorrow was founded by a young couple from both Scotland and the Czech Republic who moved to Uganda to focus on providing to rural villages a high level of education and a positive future for vulnerable children. The leaders believe that every child should have the opportunity to thrive in school, so that they can reach their full potential, better their life chances and make a positive, lifelong contribution to their communities. Given the opportunity to go to school, these children develop skills that enable them to break out of the cycle of poverty and hardship.

Many children did not return to the school after COVID when they were out of school for two full years. For this reason the school reduced the number of classes offered. Currently there are 80 students through pre-school to primary 1 with 70% on scholarship. Primary 2 will be added next year. 150 meals are provided each day.

There is a national staff of eighteen employees who were paid salaries even during the two-year COVID lockdown when most schools laid off staff. All the teachers are qualified.

The school operates on a new Christian based curriculum from nursery to secondary school. A new choir/dance group has been introduced with professionals who come

twice per week and work with a selected group of children to develop traditional dance, modern dance as well as singing.
